Getting help from a human
Where the support button is, what to include so the first reply is useful, and roughly when to expect one.
If this help centre has not answered your question, ask. Nupta is small, and messages are read by the person who builds it.
How to reach us
- The support button, bottom corner of every page. Signed in, it offers a choice of WhatsApp or email. Signed out, it opens the contact form.
- The contact form, which works whether or not you have an account.
- hello@nupta.site
Use whichever suits you. If you do not have WhatsApp, the email and the form reach exactly the same place — one beta tester was briefly left with no obvious alternative, and that is why the button offers both.
What to include
Support replies get much faster when the first message carries these:
- Your site address —
yournames.nupta.site. It identifies your account immediately. - What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The device and browser. "iPhone, Safari" or "Android, Chrome" is enough. A surprising number of problems are specific to one handset.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording. For anything visual this is worth more than a paragraph, and a recording is better than a still if something moves.
If something is wrong on your published site
Say so plainly and include the address. Anything guests can see is treated as urgent — a wedding site is in front of people at a fixed moment, and it cannot wait for a normal queue.
If your wedding is within a week, say that in the first line.
Reporting something broken
Bug reports are genuinely welcome, and several of the fixes described throughout this help centre came from couples who took the time to write one. If something looks wrong, it probably is, and you are not wasting anyone's time by mentioning it.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering photos you replaced. Once a photo is replaced it is gone; keep your originals.
- Gift transactions. Nupta never handles the money, so a transfer that went astray is between you and your bank or wallet provider.
- Anything on a guest's own device — a group chat that will not open a link, or an app that will not scan a QR.
Response times
One person answers these, in Philippine time. Anything affecting a live site is picked up first, and a wedding inside a week comes before that.
