Printing invitations, programs and place cards

Nupta can generate printable PDFs from the information already on your site, so the entourage you typed once ends up on the ceremony program without being retyped.

This is a Premium feature. It lives on its own Print tab in your dashboard.

They match your design

Printed pieces inherit your site's palette, fonts and ornament — not Nupta's branding. A navy-and-gold design prints navy and gold, and if you changed your fonts in the Style Editor, the print uses the fonts you chose.

Dark templates invert onto light paper. That is deliberate: flooding an A4 sheet with dark ink drains a cartridge, will not run to the edge on a home printer, and cuts badly.

Options

Each document takes settings before you download:

• A QR code to your site on the invitation and save-the-date — on by default, because a thirty-character web address is not something anyone types off paper
• Number of copies
• Crop marks for a print shop, off by default since the dashed guides that help at home leave a printed line on the finished piece
• Tent-fold place cards
• Filters on the coordinator's sheet — and a filtered sheet says so in its heading, on every page, so nobody works off a list that quietly omits people

There is a preview on every document, so you can look before you use paper.

Readiness

Some documents need data before they mean anything — place cards need replies, menu cards need meal options. The page tells you what is missing before you click, rather than handing you an empty PDF.

Your coordinator can print too

The Print tab is on your coordinator's navigation as well. They were invited to run the day; making them ask you to email a PDF defeats the point.

Practical notes

• Print one test page at home before committing to a shop.
• Card stock behaves differently from paper. If you are having these printed properly, send the PDF as-is and let the shop handle the stock.
• Regenerate after any change — the PDF is a snapshot of your data at the moment you downloaded it.
